Requesting data deletion — Remzora (Newron Robotics)
You can delete your Remzora data in two ways:
- Delete specific items in the app — Open any project, receipt, photo, or document and tap Delete. If you’re signed in, the deletion is removed from our cloud backup on your next sync. Your account stays active.
- Delete everything / your account — In the app, go to Account → Delete Account. This permanently erases all your cloud data (projects, receipts, photos, documents, and reports) and your account.
- Request deletion by email — Email support@newronrobotics.com from your account’s email address and tell us whether you want specific data or all data deleted. We’ll complete the request within 30 days.
What’s deleted: all project, receipt, financial, photo, and document data you stored, plus your account profile (name, email).
What’s kept: anonymized subscription/billing records required for tax and accounting, and transient AI-processing logs that contain no personal content and expire automatically. No uploaded photos or documents are retained after deletion.
