Privacy Policy for Tooki Crossing

Effective Date: April 23, 2026

Last Updated: April 23, 2026

1. Introduction

Tooki Crossing (“Tooki Crossing,” the “Game,” or the “App”) is a mobile game published by Newron Robotics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Newron Robotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Newron Robotics is the controller of any personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

Tooki Crossing is designed to be fully offline and entirely private: the Game makes no network requests, creates no accounts, serves no ads, and collects no personal data. Your high score, unlocked characters, and game preferences live on your device and never leave it.

This Privacy Policy applies to Tooki Crossing on all platforms on which it is distributed, including the Apple App Store (iOS and iPadOS) and Google Play (Android). By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Summary

  • We collect nothing. No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports, no advertising identifiers, no device fingerprints.
  • The Game never connects to the internet. There is no backend, no server, and no cloud sync.
  • No accounts, no email, no sign-in. You can play without providing any personal information.
  • No ads and no in-app purchases. All characters and worlds are unlocked through gameplay only.
  • No third-party SDKs. The Game is built entirely with the operating system’s native frameworks.
  • You can wipe everything by uninstalling the Game.

2. Who We Are

The publisher and data controller for Tooki Crossing is Newron Robotics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company based in the United States. You can contact us at any time using the email address in Section 14.

3. Information We Handle

3(a). Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Game saves a small amount of gameplay state to the operating system’s standard preferences storage (Apple’s UserDefaults on iOS, or the equivalent SharedPreferences / local storage on Android). This data is stored only on your device, inside the Game’s sandboxed storage area, and is never transmitted anywhere:

  • Your best score
  • Your total in-game coin balance
  • Which characters and worlds you have unlocked
  • Your currently selected character and world
  • Your remaining free-revive (lifeline) count
  • Your music on/off preference

This information is not linked to your name, email, phone number, Apple ID, Google Account, or any other identifier. It is deleted automatically when you uninstall the Game.

3(b). Information We Do Not Collect

Tooki Crossing does not collect, request, or transmit any of the following:

  • Your name, email, phone number, address, or any other contact information
  • Your Apple ID, Google Account, or any third-party login
  • Your contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, location, or health data
  • The iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), the Android Advertising ID (AAID), or any other advertising, cross-app, or cross-website tracking identifier
  • Device identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address, or hardware serial numbers
  • Analytics, telemetry, or usage events of any kind
  • Crash reports or diagnostic logs
  • Payment information (there are no in-app purchases)

3(c). No Network Activity

The Game does not include any networking code. It does not make HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket, or any other network requests. It can be played on a device in airplane mode or with all network permissions revoked, and it behaves identically.

3(d). No Ads

Tooki Crossing does not display, serve, or receive advertising of any kind. We do not use advertising networks, ad SDKs, or ad mediation services.

3(e). No Third-Party SDKs

The Game is built entirely with the operating system’s native frameworks. On iOS, this means Apple-provided frameworks only (SwiftUI, SceneKit, UIKit, AVFoundation, Foundation, CoreGraphics). The equivalent native frameworks are used on Android. There are no third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, social-login, or data-broker SDKs embedded in the Game.

4. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect any personal data, we do not use personal data for any purpose. The on-device game state described in Section 3(a) is used locally by the Game to:

  • Remember your best score and coin balance between sessions
  • Remember which characters and worlds you have unlocked
  • Restore your selected character, world, and music preference on launch

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties
  • Use any information for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting
  • Use any information to train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models
  • Track you across apps or websites owned by other companies

5. Platform Services (Apple and Google)

Tooki Crossing is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download, install, or update the Game, Apple and Google process information about you under their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of Apple or Google. For more information, please review:

  • Apple’s Privacy Policy
  • Google’s Privacy Policy

6. Device Permissions

Tooki Crossing does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or your device’s advertising identifier.

The Game uses only the following ambient device capabilities:

  • Audio output to play procedurally synthesized music and sound effects through your device’s speaker or headphones. The Game respects your device’s silent switch and mixes politely with any music you are already playing.
  • Haptic feedback (vibration) for short in-game feedback on supported devices.
  • Local storage to save the gameplay state described in Section 3(a).

7. App Store and Google Play Disclosures

For the Apple App Store privacy questionnaire (“App Privacy Details”), Tooki Crossing selects “Data Not Collected” for every category. The Game’s iOS privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares only the standard UserDefaults API reason (CA92.1), declares no tracking, and lists no collected data types.

For Google Play’s Data Safety section, Tooki Crossing declares that no user data is collected and no user data is shared, and that all data-transit and data-deletion questions are not applicable because no data leaves the device. The Game does not include advertising and does not target children through Google’s ads program.

8. International Data Transfers

Because Tooki Crossing does not transmit any personal data off your device, there are no international transfers of your personal data associated with using the Game. Any data processing that occurs through Apple or Google’s distribution channels is governed by those companies’ own policies (see Section 5).

9. Data Security

The on-device data described in Section 3(a) is stored inside the Game’s sandboxed application storage using the standard protections provided by Apple iOS and Google Android. No data is transmitted over a network, so there is no in-transit data security surface. Your device’s own security features (passcode, biometric unlock, full-disk encryption) are the primary safeguards for the on-device game state.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port the personal data that a company holds about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our end.

You can exercise full control over the on-device data described in Section 3(a) directly from your device:

  • To delete everything: uninstall the Game. All on-device progress, preferences, and unlocks are deleted automatically.
  • To start fresh without uninstalling: on iOS, go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Tooki Crossing → Offload App or Delete App. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Tooki Crossing → Storage → Clear Data.

If you still have questions about your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

11. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

We do not collect, “sell,” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by California law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under the age of 16. To exercise any California right, contact us using the details in Section 14.

12. Users in India

If you access Tooki Crossing from India, this Privacy Policy serves as the notice required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any rules or regulations issued under it. Newron Robotics, LLC is the data fiduciary. As described in Section 3, we do not collect any personal data from users in India through the Game itself.

Grievance contact for users in India. If you have a grievance or complaint about how your personal data is handled, you can contact us at support@newronrobotics.com with the subject line “India Grievance — Tooki Crossing.” We will acknowledge your message and work to resolve it within the timelines required by applicable Indian law.

13. Children’s Privacy

Tooki Crossing is rated for all ages (Apple App Store: 4+; Google Play content rating: Everyone) and is suitable for children. The Game contains no violence, no scary content, no user-generated content, no chat, no social features, no ads, and no in-app purchases.

Because the Game does not collect any personal data from anyone — including children — it is designed to comply with:

  • The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for children under 13
  • Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines for apps in the Kids Category or suitable for children
  • Google Play’s Families Policy and “Designed for Families” requirements
  • The GDPR’s and UK GDPR’s protections for children under 16 (or the lower local age of digital consent in EU Member States that have set one)

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children of any age. If you believe that a child has been able to provide personal data to us in spite of these measures, please contact us using the details in Section 14 and we will take appropriate steps.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Game, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice (such as an in-app message or a release-notes callout) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
