Common questions
How does a reading work?
Open Orakeet, choose what is on your mind, and follow the prompts. Kiki will select a card and show you a short reading. You can then continue to a gentle prayer moment.
Is Orakeet predicting my future?
No. Orakeet is made for reflection, comfort, and entertainment. Its readings are not facts or professional advice.
What is Kili Josiyam?
Kili Josiyam is a South Indian fortune-telling tradition often described as parrot astrology. Traditionally, a trained parrot selects a card and a reader interprets its message. Orakeet is a playful digital experience inspired by that tradition.
I paid but my purchase is not showing. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase. Reopen the app and use Restore Purchases if that option is shown. If it still does not appear, contact us with your device type and purchase date. Do not email your password or full payment details.
How do I request a refund?
Apple and Google handle store payments and refund decisions. Request a refund through the store where you made the purchase.
Does Orakeet collect personal information?
No. Orakeet has no account, no sign-in, and no text field anywhere in the app. See our Privacy Policy for the current details.
The app is not working properly.
Update Orakeet to the newest version, close and reopen it, and restart your device. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened.
How can I delete my data?
Orakeet stores only one thing on your device: a flag recording that you accepted our documents and which version you accepted. Deleting the app removes it. Nothing else persists between launches — not your readings, not a history, not a log. For anything else, follow the instructions in the Privacy Policy or email support@newronrobotics.com.
