Common questions
My alarm didn’t ring.
Open Settings › Yoga Clock on your iPhone and make sure Alarms are allowed. Then open Yoga Clock and check the alarm is on and the time is right. Yoga Clock alarms ring even when your phone is on silent.
How do I turn off the alarm?
Tap the button on the alarm: Om, or your chosen mantra if you included Hindu content. Yoga Clock then opens to your morning breath or your devotional.
Do I have to be religious to use Yoga Clock?
No. In setup you choose whether to include Hindu content (the Bhagavad Gita, the Suprabhatam and Sanskrit chants) or to keep it spiritual only, with calm sounds and nothing religious. You can change this any time in Settings.
How does the evening app lock work?
You choose the apps and the time. At that time they lock until you finish a short breathing exercise of your choice. Then they open again until the next evening. The lock uses Apple’s Screen Time, so you need to allow Screen Time access when Yoga Clock asks.
I paid but my subscription isn’t showing.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then use Restore in the app. If it still doesn’t appear, send us a note with the purchase date. Never send passwords or payment details.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Apple handles subscriptions and refunds. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are the breathing exercises safe?
They’re for relaxation and aren’t medical advice. If you’re pregnant, have a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, or feel dizzy, choose the gentle exercises or check with your doctor first.
What does Yoga Clock collect?
Almost nothing: your settings stay on your phone, and there are no ads or tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
